Your education in chemistry has found its place! This is an incredibly well
done site, and I read every one of the patient reports. This is very timely,
as I've just had half of my amalgam removed and am scheduled for the other
half. What those patients, or victims, described has given me more insight
than several books on mercury poisoning. Thank you, thank you for referring
this site.

Subject: [rawlife] WE DON'T NEED VITAMIN B 12 SUPPLEMENTS NOR VITAMIN B 12 TESTS

Don wrote that to determine if you are B12 deficient, "I recommend everyone get a Serum Homocysteine blood test" and "An MMA assay would help to confirm". Don wrote "but take some sublingual B 12 to be safe".
Vitamin B12 blood tests are notoriously inaccurate, so taking Vitamin B 12 tests will prove nothing!
WE DON'T NEED VITAMIN B12 INJECTIONS NOR VITAMIN B12 SUPPLEMENTS
                                          By Dr. Bernarr, D.C., D.D.
Unfortunately, most people, who eat all kinds of diets, have been so brainwashed by the vitamin and supplement, pharmaceutical, surgical and junk food industries, that they become paranoiacally fearful. They fear that they do not get enough Vitamin B12, in the foods they presently eat.
Forget and ignore all that lying, marketing propaganda. Just eat fresh, raw and unprocessed vegan foods that are palatable to you, that agree with you, with adequate calories to satisfy your kinetic needs, from a good soil, that contains all the essential minerals and all the essential nutrients, and you can completely ignore any fearful thoughts that you are not getting enough Vitamin B12. Generally speaking, the nutritional problem is not that you are eating foods that do not contain sufficiently adequate Vitamin B12. It is generally speaking, a dysfunction in absorption of the Vitamin B12 from the foods that you eat.
I have had many patients who prior to correct water fasting and doing feeling meditation, i.e., physiologically resting, showed via blood tests and other examinations, that they were deficient in vitamin B12. After correct water fasting and doing feeling meditation, i.e., physiologically resting, blood tests and other examinations, showed they were normal in their vitamin B12. From whence came their normal vitamin B12, if all they did was rest their bodies via water fasting and feeling meditation, and ate no foods, but nevertheless, showed normal vitamin B12 in their respective bodies? Obviously, their bodies manufactured all the vitamin B12 they needed, when they water fasted and feelingly meditated, i.e., physiologically rested.
The problem usually, is that you are not satisfactorily absorbing and metabolizing the Vitamin B12 from the foods, that you are presently eating. Unless you correct your ability to absorb this Vitamin B12, your body will always be deficient in vitamin B12.
Instead of getting diagnoses, tests and examinations, which respective findings and conclusions are generally incorrect, just follow the following criteria to insure that you are in good health. Look in the mirror daily, in the nude. Observe every part of your body. Any part of your body that does not look satisfactory to you, then improve it, by water fasting, by proper feeling meditation, by eating properly, by intense anaerobic exercise, by nude airbathing and sunbathing, by proper thinking and proper spirituality. Make sure, you look well, feel well and are functioning well. Never do anything that does not improve you. Never do anything from which you may need to recover. Every moment counts in one's life.
I have helped heal many people, completely and permanently, all over the world, who showed via blood tests and other examinations, that they were deficient in Vitamin B12. I helped them via the Internet. None of these people whom I helped heal, who were allegedly deficient in Vitamin B12, needed to take or took any Vitamin B12 injections or supplements to normalize their Vitamin B12. Contact me NOW and I will help heal you, completely and permanently.

disease,

avoid
>each and every one of those if i can.

That's a good reason all right. I was diagnosed with IBS in my early
20's (which I had since age 17). Of course the medical profession had no
clue what could cause it, except for one bright gastroenterologist who
thought it might be celiac disease. He was very disappointed to find out
upon further testing that I wasn't going to be his poster boy diagnosis.

In my teen years, I always had acne and pollen allergies that only got
worse as time went on. My resting (sitting) pulse rate was about 105.
My mother has arthritis, asthma, high blood pressure, no doubt heart
disease (an occasional tachycardia) and a pulse rate about what mine used
to be.

I traded all this in went I went raw about 9 years ago. My walking
around pulse is now in the 50s-60s (would be lower if I exercised more),
my blood pressure about 90/60, my temperature about 96.8. The allergies
are gone.

I'm still quite nearsighted, however. That seems to be a stubborn one.
All the hours I spend on the computer isn't helping.

Anyway, you're doing the right thing. Welcome to the club. (:-)

Don,

>Many long-term vegans (and even meat eaters) develop elevations

>a serum homocysteine test.

I have had neither of these tests, which for me seem a bit too
compulsive, plus I don't like patronizing the medical establishment any
more than necessary, which isn't much.

I prefer watching for symptoms. Since I noticed B-12 deficiency symptoms
on 3 separate occasions in the past 9 years, I now do what I used to
resist doing, which is to take a 3mg B-12 supplement about once/week.
There are some long term raw fooders who never need any B-12, but I don't
seem to be one of them, and according to the Hallelujah Acres study, I'm
also in the majority.

Unless you are homegrowing most of your produce to high standards (better
than typical organic, which is not really very good), it's probably wise
to make sure you are getting some B-12 in your diet (or pay close
attention for symptoms of deficiency).

>And in some states, you can order these tests yourself!

Not in Michigan! Amazingly, it's not true everywhere in this "land of
the free." I discovered years ago, when I wanted to get a particular
test run and went directly to a blood lab and asked them to poke me, that
they wouldn't and/or couldn't do it without a doctor's order. I couldn't
believe it. Whose body is it anyway?

How much did you pay for your tests?

LOL! I get down there frequently enough, especially when fasting or
eating more fruit, less protein.

>What would you say constitutes a "fever"? 101? So if your normal
>temp is 98.6, that's not much of a buffer.

Let's face it, 98.6 is a fever, but since it's the "norm," nobody
realizes it. I feel feverish whenever I get to 98.0

>allowing for a little overheating from strenuous work out in the summer
sun.

My co-apprentices at the community biodynamic farm the year before last
were always complaining about the heat. They couldn't believe it when I
could work for hours without even taking a sip of water to cool off.

>Plus just as with any machine, it'll last longer if it runs cooler.

Yup, lower body temperature has been shown to increase longevity, not
only in humans but in other animals. Each species has a characteristic
body temperature, so you can't compare between species, but within a
given species, lower temp means less wear and tear (less crosslinking of
proteins and sugars, slow cooking of the body if you will) and longer
life.

I don't know if this is true, but I read somewhere that every cold
(fever) you have takes 1 week off your life expectancy.

>And you'll feel cooler in warmer climates...

And in humidity too for some reason. In the olden days, I used to run
the A/C even when the outside temperature was 70 because I couldn't stand
the humidity. Now I don't even run the A/C when the temp and humidity
are both in the 90s.

>And you'll feel cooler in warmer climates...

And in the colder ones too, alas. (:-(
But that's where more nuts and seeds comes in, or maybe even raw flseh
like the eskimos used to do.

Adriana,

>Does anybody know if there's a way of heating the egg keeping it's raw
>properties??? Maybe poached?

Raw means raw. The coagulation of the whites that occurs when you poach
an egg is due to the destruction of the proteins from the heat -- which
is what we euphemistically call "cooking." If it's too hot to keep your
finger in for a long time, then it's too hot for your food too.

>I've found some organic eggs here but just couldn't eat them tasting
like really raw....

Have you tried the yolks only? When I was eating raw eggs, I liked them
much better than the whites and usually just threw the whites away. Are
your eggs high quality free-range (preferably fertile) organic? A low
quality egg can taste terrible, and instead of cooking it to disguise
that fact, it would be better to throw it away.

If you feel you must eat them anyway, try beating the egg (or just the
yolk) together with an avocado. That can really taste delicious.

Jo,

>Hi Adriana - try the eggs raw first if possible. Blend them raw into

Besides being not all raw (vanilla, carob), it sounds like a ghastly
digestive mix to me. I don't think *my* stomach would be able to
tolerate that.

Laurie,

>Translucency and/or chipping of
>the cutting edges of the incisors is also commonly seen with more

This happened to me when I was experimenting with eating whole lemons
plain like you'd eat an orange for about a year a few years back. Big
mistake. I chipped away a good bit of enamel doing that before I
realized what was happening. I no longer eat lemons at all.

Folks, if you're going to eat lemons, dilute them, put them in your salad
dressings or whatever, but don't do what I did -- unless maybe they are
so high brix that they are sweet.

> Drinking orange juice with a straw minimizes contact with the teeth,
or
>abandon acid fruit altogether.

I still eat whole oranges, grapefruits, and pears seasonally, but try not
to overdo it, and I stop eating them in the late spring and summer when
other fruit becomes available.

By drinking just the juice, you are throwing away other nutrients. For
example, most of the calcium in an orange is in the pulp.

> One might also neutralize the acids by keeping a piece of seashell,
>coral, or limestone in the container in which the juice is stored.

I just make sure I'm getting lots of buffering minerals in my diet, as
from seaweed and green powders. The body will repair small amounts of
enamel loss overnight.

I'm sure they know something is wrong with them. They just choose not to

How about just eating a lot of brazil nuts (selenium-rich)? Wouldn't it
be more thorough to work at the problem from the inside out?

Jay,

>This is one of my reasons for my disbelief that garlic is bad for you.
>I also know some people that lived long and relatively healthy lives
>that ate it regularly.

All right, I'll address that issue. Why are people living longer in
general in modern times, despite all the pollution and poor food quality
we see around us?

I know a guy who's trying to do longevity research by testing different
supplements on fruit flies. He feeds his control flies standard
laboratory "fruit fly chow" (cooked), despite my efforts to get him to
give the controls real, honest-to-goodness raw fruit. But anyway,
despite about 50 trial runs of 1-2 months each (some overlapping
probably), he hasn't found any magic bullets. What he has found is that
if mold or other germs get into his jars, the flies die much earlier.
They live longer in an antiseptic environment.

What does that tell you? Does it mean we need to take chemical
antibiotics or more "natural" antibiotics like garlic and onions to kill
the germs around us? That's one approach, but I think it's misguided.
It's my contention that if you keep your body clean inside, germs will
not bother you because there will be nothing for them to eat. In such
cases, the garlic or other antibiotic is not only unnecessary but
counterproductive because its toxic effects weaken your own cells
somewhat as well as killing the germs. In a toxic environment, they
might prolong your life, but in a cleaner one, they will shorten it, IMO.

Now this centenarian I'm telling you about also ate steamed veggies. He
was not 100% raw. And perhaps he was right that under his circumstances
the garlic was doing something for him. Unless we had a genetically
identical twin that we could put on 100% raw and no garlic, we'll never
know the truth. We can only make intelligent guesses. For myself, I
found garlic harmful to my body, and it tastes obnoxious all by itself
raw, so I won't be adding it back to my diet, nor will I be recommending
it to others. I feel it is a form of treating the symptoms rather than
getting to root causes.

>I've probably had about 2 1/2 "cold"-like situations over the last year.
>The last couple of times were around a month ago. After each one,
>I felt noticeably better than before the "colds." Personally, what I
>think happened was my body decided to clean house. If I'm going
>to feel better after each time that happens, I don't mind it too
>much if those pesky "cold bugs" get me down.

What if you could feel better more gracefully without the colds?
Wouldn't that be better still?

Thanks for the fluoride article. Amazingly that humongous link worked
for me. (:-)

Subject: [rawlife] Health Alert

I just received the following Health Alert from a company I ordered
supplements from a while back, and thought I'd pass it along. It looks like
the powers who want to force irradiation on us have found a new excuse for
building their dangerous facilities all over the country.
Anyone on the list who orders supplements, foods, etc. should take this
into account. What good would it do to order raw, organic food items if
they're shipped by mail and end up getting irradiated!

    Ronn

Serious Health Concerns:  US Mail Now Irradiated
Urgent information you need to know
The following statement is taken directly from a US Postal Service bulletin,
Latest Facts Update, dated January 29, 2002:

"Irradiation can adversely affect some mailable products, such as biological
samples, diagnostic kits, photographic film, food, eyeglasses and contact
lenses. Electronic devices would likely be rendered inoperable and drugs and
medicines also can be affected."

Our recent discussion with the US Postal Service confirmed that an increasing
amount of the US Mail in the Eastern US is now being routed through special
facilities in Trenton, New Jersey and Cleveland, Ohio, for the purpose of
irradiation to destroy the presence of any biohazardous material. Contracts
have been issued for purchase of new irradiation equipment to expand this
practice to other areas of the country. Irradiation of the mail poses serious
health concerns relating to shipments of health supplements, which is one of
the reasons that Nutri-Meds now ships only through UPS and has changed our
order and returns policies. There are some very important health issues that
you need to know about.

Many health supplements contain iodine in various forms.  Iodine readily
picks up and retains radiation. Radioactive iodine is often used by the
medical profession to kill the thyroid gland in people with overactive
thyroid (hyperthyroidism).  Thyroid hormones contain altered forms of iodine
in their molecules.  T4 thyroid hormone is four atoms of iodine in its
molecule, T3 is three atoms of iodine, and so on. Kelp products contain
iodine, and so do many vitamin and mineral supplements. What happens when
these health supplements are irradiated? We do know that health supplements
with expensive and extremely beneficial live bacteria cultures will certainly
be destroyed. What about vitamins, phytochemicals, and prized herbal
extracts? Even the US Postal Service knows that these may be destroyed or
damaged.

We doubt that anyone really knows for sure the full extent of the answers to
any of these questions. We do know that above ground nuclear testing in
Nevada during the mid 20th century caused serious soil contamination in
downwind areas. That soil contamination related to the irradiation of iodine
in the soil and later resulted in thyroid related health problems in regions
that were downwind. Without detracting from the subject at hand, it should be
mentioned that irradiation of foods of all kinds is now a widespread
practice, and it is important to consider that iodized salt (added iodine) is
used in many prepared foods. What consequences might exist? Here again is a
good reason to support your local health food store and buy organic foods
when at all possible.

The US Postal Service tells us that packages from known mailers such as
Express Mail (overnight) with meter strips or corporate accounts, Priority
Mail with meter strips or permit indicia and registered mail is not currently
being irradiated. This means that if you intend to mail a package containing
any food or health supplement, you should take it to the counter at your post
office and have a meter strip affixed. Also is would be advantageous to use a
printed label with the return address clearly marked. A postal official at
the main postal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah told us that it would also
be a good idea to affix a label or to clearly mark the package to state:
"Health Supplments - DO NOT IRRADIATE".

We were concerned when we were told that even then there is no absolute
assurance that a package will not be irradiated, considering the large volume
of mail that is being processed. Obviously, it could depend on where the
package is being shipped. Most of all, it is important to consider that the
US Postal service is not going to divulge a method by which terrorists could
circumvent their system.

Postal authorities say that only mail to government facilities in zip codes
ranges 202-205 is being irradiated, yet postal authorities at the central
service facility in Utah told us that massive amounts of mail destined to
areas of the Eastern US is likely being routed through the New Jersey and
Ohio irradiation facilities. We were informed that these facilities are
currently capable of handling a huge volume of mail.

What does the future hold? We believe that it is very important to keep all
of these things in mind as you plan for the future. If you continue to
receive shipments of health supplements or medications through the US Mail,
you should take serious thought about the implications. No matter how careful
companies are with their US Mail packages, corporate accounts, meter strips,
indices, etc., there is no guarantee whatsoever that your products won't be
irradiated. The problem is going to get worse, not better, as new equipment
is installed around the country. If the US Postal Service was to tell you a
surefire method that your package would not get irradiated, then they would
also be providing an avenue for terrorists to slip by the system. You can
rest assured that none of us will ever be told the full extent and
implications concerning the ongoing US Mail irradiation program.

Rest assured that Nutri-Meds is very concerned about these issues, we are
constantly keeping very close watch on all of these situations, and we are
doing everything possible to assure that the products you receive from us are
safe. Please consider the following as you contemplate the entire situation:
Who else in the industry has provided you with the information and help that
we have? Have your other supplement suppliers had the foresight to change
shipping methods months ago, alter return and restocking policies to protect
you, and inform you of the pending implications regardless of the financial
consequences? You can rest assured that Nutri-Meds will continue to provide
you with the highest level of safety and service, and our track record proves
it.

I'll vouch for this. I'm currently eating two raw eggs every morning. They
are oraganic and have very little smell to them, in stark contrast to the
grocery store variety which stink up the whole house! It's still not the
most delightful food, but palatable, and still in the experimental stage for

Since the only dietary input of sulfur is -concentrated proteins- that
is the problem. Other offensive fecal odors are caused by indole, skatole,
putrescine, and cadaverine; these are all amine compounds, and again,
improperly digested proteins are the only possible source for these.
Contrary to the dominant meatarian conditioning, we do not need
concentrated proteins from any source. In fact, adult humans need ~1/3% of
pro in the overall diet. One of the more common errors of new, and
experienced, veg*ns is to consume -far- too much protein (beans, legumes,
nuts/seeds, tofu, TVP, ...)
    http://www.ecologos.org/pp.htm

> Water then fruit then greens and veggies and small portions of
> nuts if any.
Either you have loads of old, rotting protein deposits in the intestines
that are being excreted during the transition from the previous
meat/milk-based diet, or it is the nuts.
What are you calling "small portions"? Are you eating these alone, or
with
- -very large- amounts of non-starchy vegs to dilute the protein?
If one does the math, it becomes apparent that even 'small' amounts of
nuts will bring the overall pro content of any meal way above 1%. Also,
they are loaded with fat. This coats the meal's chewed particles with fat,
and that insulates them from the aqueous digestive juices, thus guaranteeing
poor digestion.
It is best to abandon these things.

> I have been pretty good about careful food combining (a
> friend said that he didnt have any problem with food combining until he
> found out about it). Anyone else experience this?
This is called the Tyranny of the Familiar; that is, one is not
conscious of where one is, until one moves away and analyses the previous
reality from a -new- point of view. That is, it is difficult to accurately
perceive the reality that one is in, for that is all one knows.
E.g., when I was a meathead for ~30 years and I had numerous
"colds/flus", 24 hour grippes, and foul-smelling feces, I thought I was
"healthy" because everyone else (meatheads were my only reference) was
experiencing this. I changed to a plant-based diet, and after some
cleansing, I have not experienced any of this previous reality for the next
30 years.
Thus, meatheads, not knowing anything else, are not aware of, and prefer
to disbelieve, the substantial health benefits of a veg*n diet.
Similarly, cooked-glop veg*ns are not aware of, and prefer to
disbelieve, the benefits of a raw diet.
And, it is the same with food combining for optimum digestion, one is
not aware of chronic indigestion, until one experiences efficient digestion.

hi
i was wondering where the hottest hot spots are for raw living?
near retreat centers with a fluctuating but consistent population maybe?
are there any others besides David Wolf's and the Hippocrates Center?
i'm not ready to live in the middle of nowhere just to be on a farm yet...
i am planning a move next month and will have time to travel a little,
and want to be in a place that is consciousness-friendly
please help a.s.a.p.!
thanks

You have a new entry in your guestbook:

Brother Vic!!!!! I am 21 years old. My mother and father have known about the "diet" for over 20 years. My brother and myself have grown in this environment. My parents decided when we were very small to NOT incorporate any animal products in our diet. My brother John and myself, have never opened the fridge to find any red meat, chicken or fish. My father, the wisest man I have ever known has studied, followed and praised your writings for years, along with Ann Wigmore, Hilton Hotema, Raymond Bernhard and others that I am about to dip into at 21. My father thinks that every home should be equipped with Survival Into the 21st Century. He has spread the word to alot of people with health problems that have done everything that they were taught, including medical doctors, and brought hope and optimism into their lives with the Raw Food Diet. My mother is a very clairvoyant women and her and my father have sprouts growing everyday.

As a child, I remember my father incorporating into our diet, this strong tasting green liquid, that today I have come to know as Wheatgrass juice.
Because though, we didn't have any meat in our diet, my brother and I, ate alot of starches growing up that has caught up to me at the age of 21. I'm starting very slowly and thinking optimistic. My father is helping me with my problems, he has given me books, a juicer, an enema bag, and a transition diet for right now. He says that it takes time to bring the body back to health, and I must take it slow. Right now I'm incorporating greens, sprouts, juices into my diet, but not wheatgrass just yet. He says that I must not jump into it to fast but slowly to get my body adapted to this change, and very soon hope to have wheatgrass in my daily life. We love you Dr. Vic, and hope the very best for you, and we thank you for giving us hope and such valuable information that will be passed down in our family for generations.

Peace.

Hello everyone!
I used to be on the list, but the cooked vegan way unfortunately slipped
in again. I have since then realized this is the way to fulfillment in
so many ways. So now I have been raw for 2 months and it is great!
When I initially went raw the first time, I relied too much on too many
complicated recipe books (delicious though), and was completely
overwhelmed, and undernourished due to improper food selections. All is
good now and I am sooo glad to be back. I still have much to learn, but
hopefully we can all help each other along.
Yours in health and happiness,
Fabi

Subject: [rawlife] ALL DISEASE IS SELF-LIMITED, I.E., WILL HEAL BY ITSELF

ALL DISEASE IS SELF-LIMITED, I.E., WILL HEAL BY ITSELF
Antoneta wrote "I have been sliding down for a while. I feel bad and need support. It is silly to ask but please anyone tell me how long do I need to recover from all damages that I have brought to my body and mind from unhealthy lifestyle. Sometimes I think this is impossible and give up. My thoughts are in a mess. I hope I am still sane. I need to have some approximate time target so as to get my strength again and keep on fighting temptations. Even if I will be needing 20 years.
Sometimes I am afraid of what Dr. Bernarr says: ‘In order to get well you must get sicker’. I feel well but I am really scared of what I must endure to get to perfect health, knowing what I have been offering to my body for many years…
Thanx!
Antoaneta"
IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO RECOVER YOUR HEALTH
No human being in "civilization" lives perfectly, so we are all sick acutely and/or chronically. All persons have been damaging their health all their lives. All persons can learn to better their health, whether they are male and/or female and young and/or old.
ALL OF US GET SICK SOONER OR LATER
All illness is caused by wrong physical lifestyle, i.e., incorrect eating, incorrect living habits, wrong mentality, i.e., incorrect thinking and wrong spirituality, incorrect beliefs.
None of us in "civilization" are "intelligent" and therefore none of us have correct living, correct thinking and correct spirituality.
All of us in "civilization", sooner or later, become ill, acutely and chronically.
Our subsequent well-being or possible crippling and/or death, depends on what we choose to do, when we become ill.
ALL ILLNESS WILL SELF-HEAL, IF NOT SUPPRESSED
All pain, symptoms, dysfunction, illness and disease, are self-limited, i.e., will heal by themselves, if we do not suppress our health problems, whether they be physical, mental and/or spiritual.
All health problems when we first develop them are acute, and will self-heal within seconds, minutes, hours or days.
If we suppress our acute health problems, i.e., interfere with its self-healing, we develop a chronic health problem, which may exist for weeks, months, years or a lifetime. If we don't permit our chronic health problem to self-heal, it will exacerbate and eventually kill us.
START NOW TO BETTER YOUR HEALTH
Start now to eat correctly, live correctly, think correctly and have correct spirituality.
AVOID ALL THERAPIES & TREATMENTS. THERE ARE NO "CURES"
Avoid all therapies and treatments.
Disease is always an inherent bodily created crisis due to an enervation (fatigue from loss of nerve energy and vitality) caused toxemia (toxic accumulation). Disease is inherently and defensively built into the genes, chromosomes and DNA of every cell of the living being.
All "cures"have two things in common-they do not remove causes, and they do not constitute normal needs of health and life.
No substance foreign to the body can "cure" the body. Something that makes a healthy person sick, cannot make a sick person healthy. Only substances and practices that promote health can enable the return of health.
You "cure" ham, not living beings.
Many mistakenly believe that certain therapies or treatments can perform specific actions upon the body to effect a "cure". The idea is that some extra-vital agent or influence can, of its own power, restore health to a sick living being. Whether they be in the form of drugs, medicines, sera, vaccinations, surgery, radiation, transplants, implants, ultrasound, exercise, yoga, tai chi chuan, tibetan rites, manipulation, massage, reflexology, reiki, rolfing, acupressure, shiatsu, naturopathy, osteopathy, acupuncture, moxibustion, mineral baths, mud baths, homeopathy, chelation, crystals, channeling, psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychic healing, psychic, medium, clairvoyance, alchemy, telepathy, witchcraft, voodoo, past life healing, immune system, biofeedback, hypnosis, meditation, guided imagery, relaxation therapy, color healing, light therapy, hydrotherapy (water), rebirthing, aromatherapy, breath therapy, ozone, ayurveda, oriental medicine, feng shui, colonics, enemas, flushes, blood transfusions, intravenous solutions, tube feedings, tourniquet, snake bite anti venom, poison antidote, heimlich maneuver, cpr (cardio pulmonary resuscitation), mouth to mouth resuscitation, herbs, foods, juices, juice fasts, wheatgrass juice, rejuvelac, macrobiotics, urine therapy, vitamins, minerals, supplements and/or enzymes, there are no "cures".
