Hi Anca,
I am having mega computer problems, but sorry to read
of your father passing away. You were an awesome,
caring daughter to a wonderful father who knew just
that. Hoping you still hang out here as the group is
awesome and compassionate. God bless you.

This sort of goes against the strict sobriety 100% raw
that is sort of cool and gung ho to take up about
health, but a friend I really respect wrote this email
to me:

I suggest you relax abou the food. You're not going to
instantly get much more healthy by having a better
diet, so don't force yourself to change. Just feel it
out, whatever feels right. If you pay close attention,
you'll notice how the food changes you, then you can
decide for yourself how you want to be changed, what
foods you want to live from.

So, lately, I haven't been stressing out so much about
a 100% raw. I have to admit, I feel a bit bloated from
the couple cooked foods I eat here and there these
days- tempeh, granola bar, sports bar, and like the
ligher feeling of the living foods exclusively, but
there is something to be said about feeding "it". "It"
is the beast. "It"'s the monster that wants to be fed
- - IT wanted to be fed by that horrible franco american
cheese tomato sauce spaghettos. "IT" wanted to be fed
by my Tempeh, sports bar, and granola bar. If I don't
feed "It" I know what happens. I get crazy - slam my
head against the wall, destroy things in my room. "iT"
takes control of me. Stephen King wrote a 1000 page
book on "it" which I'm plowing through now. I hope I
learn a little bit more about "IT", the beast. Why do
you think so many people on Earth eat meat? IT! Dairy,
eggs, cooked food? IT. Drugs - including meds - IT.
The medical profession that pushes them - IT. Of
course, some people have "IT" much worst than others.
We can withstand "IT" much better than others as we're
mostly vegan. I have to say some foods have less of
"it" than others. There are some us, those who are
spectacular at avoiding "it" like Ann Wigmore was, and
some others I'm reading about in this forum who don't
slam their heads against the wall while being 100%
raw. I really look up to them.

- -Dan

hi hal, i just thought i'd throw in a wild card on this discussion. sometimes
ringing in the ears can be a blessing in disguise imho. this may not be the
case for you but if you are pursuing any kind of religious dicipline and have
such a ringing it *may* be due to brain and/or spirit waves adjusting to
different vibrational frequencies.

several years ago i started experiencing buzzing in the ears at nite when
asleep and the sound would be so shrill it would wake me up with some degree of
fear and concern. after reading hindu, tibetan, and buddhist literature on the
subject i resolved to experiment with the sound and not fear it, as the text
suggested. at some point i partially transcended the fear of the high pitched
sound enough to let it reach an intensity similar to what might shatter crystol
glass.

at the point where the glass shatters, instead a floating body seemed to
aparently have popped out of the physical sleeping body and was floating above
the bed about three feet up while appearing to be fully conscious. this new
experience put new fear into me and i woke up. however it repeated frequently
every nite for several months until my fear subsided enough to start to want to
try to will meself to somewhere other than above the bed. nite after nite i
tried to figure this out and for some reason failed to seek assistance in books
and then my life fell apart and the experiences stopped and haven't returned.

toward the end of the experiences occuring however there was one more thing
that happened. one nite after popping out of the body, i was floating there
trying to will the mind somewhere else and then noticed floating a couple feet
away a luminous ring about the size of a frisbee. for some reason i was not
afraid and immediatiely reached out and grabbed onto the ring and when i did i
was immediately pulled thru the wall of the house and was apparently flying
above the trees and outside. i could see trees and snow in moonlit sky and was
starting to pick up speed and elevation and the whole thing suddenly hit me as
a major fear and i woke up immediately, rather confused and amazed. after that
wild ride things pretty much shut down and now and then i hear the ringing but
for some reason can not get back the ability to remain focused or balanced
enough to pop out.

P'taah is a spiritual guide, who channeled through Jani King. He did so for 3
years in succession and I heard about it and attended the last year. Every
Wednesday of that year. It was close by, about 45 min. drive All questions and
answers from the audience were recorded and put into books and also in video
tape I think. The 2 books I have are: The P'taah tapes, an act of faith and
transformation of the species. "His" (IT is a spirit so no actual he/she)
answers on the questions were beyond human knowledge and could never ever have
been invented. He did not talk as much about lemuria as about this, Northern,
part of Australia on the East side. He mentioned about special vibrations and
a high significant spiritual influence. Well, my own thoughts are just mine,
but I have, for instance no feeling for my old country, Netherlands, but when I
set foot on land here for the first time I felt highly excited! I lived for a
while in New Zealand, where I had my family, but when I came back again in 1985
I cried "I am Home". When I moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast I felt
delighted (1000 km North) but when I moved to the tropics in 1991(another 1700
km) it was indeed like coming home! I cannot explain it, but maybe I have been
here, as whatever, doesn't matter, I just cannot get away from my feelings
being here. When we "feel" about our "Eden", or Paradise, or whatever we name
it, often this is referred to as being in the middle east somewhere. This is
not necessarily true, as Australia is regarded as the oldest continent. When
you look at historical drawings you can see one land mass.
I don't know, but it could have been or paradisal land somehow.
There are people who are also connected to their country, to their land, like
in the UK for instance. Or in the US, the original Indians. So I think that
each one of us has somewhere their original place which lies in a memory which
we cannot explain but only feel inside of us. Best wishes in good
health, Rene.

I believe one example on justice is when a device like the radio was
discovered - or reinvented if you will, since God most probably the sole
inventor in the first place - by at least four peoples more or less
simultaneously. And only one of them gets the rights of ownership, honor
etc. And, within this, what about all those potential brilliant refugees
stored away in various camps in places like Africa, Europe, America.
Instead we planted sophistical mines in our planets finest soil. If all
people on this planet were more able to access this fantastic towards magic

more I see this coming, which is great.

On the other hand, since all is possible: Some day we may end up unable to
use our minds, when some apparently morally correct 'mind police' knocks on
your door to inform you 'this particular way of thinking' -or even
breathing- has been copyrighted and patented by Large Mind Co Inc. looong

By the way, if we really was aware of the consequences of our silent

Yes, they are angels from the raw food heaven!

Nomi, my computer "doctor" ordered a juicer from you. His name is Fred.
You should ask him about his raw food story. He is a juvenile diabetic
(he's actually 45) but he cut his insulin in HALF in the first WEEK of 100%
raw! His dream is to get off the pump he's been attached to for many years.

I'll talk to Fred and see if he would be interested in joining the group.
It's my understanding that juvenile diabetes is the really bad one. The
adult onset is very easy to control with diet. Most people I know with
adult diabetes are obese and sedentary and their diet's stink. And the
diabetics that seem to control theirs are the ones that have changed their
habits. IMHO diabetes and fast food go hand in hand.
