This is one whole hell of a lot of BS.

Please get somebody with a personality and an ability to communicate, to do
this. Those qualities are rare, I know, but if you wish to be well
received, by many people, then that's what you have to do. Don't leave your
communications in the hands of the people who design and build your web
structures.

This is a well known urban legend -- the article has been circulating
for some time. The advice given in this article is false. Go and do a
web search on it if you don't believe me.

Please do not spread this disinformation any further. The internet has
a bad way of spreading false information to the four corners of the
earth. Please tell whomever you got this from that it isn't true, and
tell anyone you sent it to.

If only people would spend ten or fifteen seconds doing a quick search
when they get stuff like this in their mailbox BEFORE sending it to
fifty friends...

Subject: Introducing Myself

Hello,

I am happy to join this list.

Food has been a fascination as well as a major
challenge for me. I find that nutrition is deeply
connected to my whole being.

I have experienced many years of overeating and not
feeling nourished. I became aware of Instinctive
Nutrition about 10 years ago and was immediately
enthralled. I've tried many times since then to eat
instinctively. There have been many difficulties, yet
I still feel a strong intuitive "yes" to eating this
way.

Part of my challenge is that my energy have tended
towards anxiety that has manifested very physically in
terms of body tension. When the tension gets intense,
going to food, especially sweets, has been my pattern.

I am still actively working on creating a sustainable
Instinctive Nutrition approach. I have very much
appreciated what I've read on the Beyond Veg site in
terms of the possible benefits of a less than 100% raw
diet. I am also very interested in wild foods and
look forward to foraging this Spring.

It feels really good to introduce myself to this rich
and creative list.

Sincerely,

David Shakun

Hi Jillian:

I believe that OHI (Optimum Health Institute) in San Diego is supposed
to be great and very affordable.
I received a brochure last weekend from them, I am still looking into
going there. I would love a week and I am toying with the idea of going
one of these days... when my husband goes on a trip.

Keep me posted.
