Hello,

Does anyone have any clues on how to get rid of warts. I have had the
wart virus (and warts) in my system for many years now. I am on a 100%
raw diet and no change to date. I have only been 100% raw for 5 months
now but b4 that I was approx 80% for about 11/2 years.

Love and smiles

Natasha,

Definitely soak the almonds first. I tried to mix up a batch of raw almond
butter using my blender (in the same way I was once able to make peanit
butter). The result was a rather dry crumbly mixture that I could not call
"butter" by any stretch.

Subject: Re: raw almond butter

Another reason for soaking the almonds first is that this helps to leech
out the mild toxins that most nuts have. If you occaisionally eat raw,
unsoaked nuts, you probably won't notice anything, but if you eat a lot
of them you might get a little sick. This is, presumably, why most
people who eat SAD prefer roasted nuts: roasting also destroys or removes
the mild toxins. Of course, they have also wiped out all enzymatic
activity and life force in their food, and they're eating high
concentrations of cooked protein which is not good for the system either.

So, anytime you are going to eat raw nuts or make a nut butter, etc.,
it's best to soak them first.

See http://www.drclark.ch/legal/leg_frame.htm:
She is free on bail but has a big battle ahead of her. We should consider
helping her.
Heide
in DC
_____
Introduction to Dr. Clark's Legal Battle
What has happened to Royal Raymond Rife, Dr. Burzynski and other pioneers in
medicine has finally happened to Dr. Hulda Clark.

THE ARREST

In 1993 an unhappy client in Indiana complained about Dr. Clark to the State
Attorney General. Because of that, and also because of an elderly friend who
would do better in a nicer climate, Dr. Clark moved to the San Diego area.
She was never notified of any legal action in Indiana.

On September 20, 1999, Dr. Clark was arrested by the FBI to be held at a
Santee, CA. prison without bail as a fugitive. She was held in high security
with no blanket to sleep with. The charge was practicing medicine without a
li-cense.

Dr. Clark was optimistic but bored. Visitors were only allowed on the
weekends. Dr. Clark could only get paper from the Detention Center and it
took them a week to supply it. There was no scientific literature in the
prison library and Dr. Clark could only receive books directly from the
publisher. Geoffrey Clark mentioned in his e-mail update: "The Detention
Center library has no college physics texts, no clinical biochemis-try
manuals, no graduate level microbiology. She is not interested in murder
mysteries or Harlequin romances."

Steve Dillon was retained as the attorney for Dr. Clark in Indiana.

THE DEFENSE

The publicist and PR consultant Tim Bolen of JuriMed, operating out of San
Juan Capistrano, was hired to keep the media informed. He has specialized on
alternative health issues. After working a few days with the people involved
with Dr. Clark, Tim Bolen mentioned to me: "Working for clients in the
alternative health field, I have met the most sincere and outstand-ing
persons I have ever met. And no team was ever as dedicated as the people
working with Dr. Clark." Tim Bolen's contact information is phone # (949) 728
0838, jurimed@yahoo.com.

Tim Bolen immediately made a press release to inform the media and made use
of his media connections to get coverage on the outrageous incident. Media
reported on the arrest in the San Diego area and Indiana. Even USA Today
in-cluded a small article on the event. [Most docu-ments can be found on
www.drclark.net -> Dr. Clark's Arrest.]

The press release included the fact that Brown County prosecutor, James R.
Oliver, was mar-ried to Amy Hoffman Oliver. Ms. Hoffman was the original
investigator in the 1993 Clark in-quiry. Two earlier prosecutors, Ben Hoff
and Michael Duckett, had made no attempt to prose-cute.

Tim's daughter Tangerine, also working for Ju-riMed, wrote an article on
"Options in Health Care" that can also be read on www.drclark.net, that
focuses on freedom of choice issues in health care.

Dr. Frank Jerome, known by Dr. Clark's readers from the discourse about the
dental cleanup in the books, and author of "The Tooth Truth", was asked to
meet with Brown County prosecutor Oliver to get some more information.

He reports: "I asked why someone who has been gone from this county for six
years would be worth of the costs of prosecution. He said that 'local people
were injured' [not even the person who started the case in 1993 was injured],
'she is continuing to sell products by catalog' [Dr. Clark neither sells
products nor does she have a catalog], 'she convinced people she had a way to
cure them' [a crime?], 'she has a little machine hooked up to a car battery'
[I do not know this machine and it would not seem criminal either to have a
little machine that is hooked up to a car battery].

[Sheriff Dan L. Huesman] said that they cannot fly out to get Dr. Clark
because there is no budget."

THE EXTRADITION

A hearing was to be held on 4 October; the judge wanted a progress report on
the extradition to Indiana. Tim Bolen organized a rally for the day of the
hearing and several dozen people showed up. The media also showed up to cover
the event.

But when Dr. Clark's case was called, the depu-ties informed the judge that
Dr. Clark "could not be found". The attending people found this rather
strange, since jail is where authorities put people to make sure they know
where they are. Later we found out that meanwhile Dr. Clark was told that "no
hearing would take place".

Tim Bolen asked all supporters of Dr. Clark's to write protest letters and
testimonials to Geoffrey Clark, the Research Association, the press and the
involved officials. Everyone else involved did the same. The response was
overwhelming. I alone received almost 250 letters within a week in support of
Dr. Clark, about half being protest letters and the other half testimonials.
The peo-ple's anger became quite clear from the protest letters, personal
freedom of choice is deeply engrained in the American people, and the
pre-vailing opinion was that they did not need the Government telling them
how to try and cure themselves. The testimonials included many cured from
cancer and other fatal illnesses, in some cases the misfortune of whole
families could be turned around with a zapper and the parasite herbs.
Although I get rave letters from individuals applying the Clark cure all the
time, I was overwhelmed by the huge response.

Meanwhile, the enemy also became active and tried to get people to write
letters that Dr. Clark was a quack. The success was very limited. For
example, Mary Wayt, Editor of the Brown County Democrat in Nashville,
Indiana, received 203 support letters and 3 letters against Dr. Clark.

Two jailers from Brown County were dispatched to get Dr. Clark by car. She
was picked up on the evening of 4 October and driven 33˝ hours straight to
Indiana, where she arrived at 2:30am. A bail hearing was held at 9am. Dr.
Clark was offered a plea bargain with the option of being released if she
pled guilty. She pled "not guilty". Her bond was set at $10'000, which was
put up by a local friend from the University. She can move around freely but
cannot leave the State of Indiana.

SUPPORT FROM MANY PLACES

The word about Dr. Clark's arrest quickly spread in the alternative medicine
community. The piv-otal figures called in and offered their support. Burton
Goldberg was very concerned and asked his staff to also send support letters
and how he could help by covering the story in his magazine, "Alternative
Medicine".

Prosecutor James Oliver plans to recuse himself from the case to prevent any
perception of prejudice, after it became known that it was his wife was the
original investigator in the case.

It became clear to all of us that this case is im-portant to the whole
alternative medicine com-munity and touches the most basic human rights,
which affects all Americans. So it was decided that we had to go as public as
possible.

PUBLICITY WILL WIN THE CASE

Dr. Clark's research assistant, Mike McElrea (see coverage in the Bulletin
Volume II, Issue 2), was taped to be on the PBS "Tony Brown's Journal" show,
explaining Dr. Clark's cancer cure to 4 million viewers nation wide. The
phones have not stopped ringing since October 23rd when the show was first
aired, and there will be three more shows in 2 week intervals. More publicity
like this is being prepared to get the word out that the cure for cancer has
truly been found.

Meanwhile in Indiana, an open house was held for Dr. Clark on 17 October. It
was a huge suc-cess. Mike McElrea brought the attendees up to date on Dr.
Clark's latest work. The open house was supposed to last from 2pm to 4pm, but
it was still going strong at 6pm. Dr. Clark was exhausted from the event,
never having expected such overwhelming support. The next day, Monday 18
October, was her 71st birthday.

Dr. Clark and her attorney met with prosecutor Oliver the following days. He
tried to frighten Dr. Clark into accepting a ludicrous plea bargain on the
basis of his belief that "no one here is into alternative medicine. They are
all farmers. You are going to spend eight years in an Indiana penitentiary."
A tour around Brown County by Tim Bolen and Mike McElrea revealed that this
was far from the truth. Brown County, an im-mensely beautiful spot, has been
attracting many artists. The people were found to be sensitive and caring,
the farmers independent thinkers who know when they are being scammed. Many
health food stores could be found in the area.

The plea bargain would have included Dr. Clark not being able to see any more
patients ever, even abroad, and withdrawal of her books. This gave us a hint
who the whole trial really served.

DR. CLARK HONORED BY PEERS

At the end of October, Dr. Clark received a ma-jor award. The award, given at
the tenth annual forum of the International Association of New Science at
Fort Collins, CO. was a serious peer affirmation of her work. Sponsored at
the forum, by a former Apollo Astronaut and a co-founder of the Peace Corps,
Dr. Clark delivered a speech and conducted a workshop to a standing-room-only

Subject: Cancer Cure via Parasites Killing

Hello All-
I have been familiar with Hulda Clark's protocol but never really focused on
it. I am also familiar with the Rife machine which essentially did the same:
killing cancer cells via electricity.

The following detailed instruction are on her website. It's too simple, no
wonder they want to lock her up.
Heide
______

Electricity can now be used...
...to kill bacteria, viruses and parasites in minutes, not days or weeks as
antibiotics require.

If you have been suffering from a chronic infection or have cancer, or AIDS,
learn to build the electronic device that will stop it immediately [or buy
one]. It is safe and without side effects and does not interfere with any
treatment you are now on. (From: "The Cure for all Diseases", after cover;
copyright notice))

By zapping I mean selectively electrocuting pathogens. For years I used a
commercial frequency generator to "zap" one pathogen after another.

First I made a chart of the frequencies for most of the bacteria and viruses
in my collection. Then I would test the sick client for each one of these,
and hope they did not have one for which I did not have a sample. Even
persons with a simple cold typically had a dozen they tested positive to.

Next it was time to tune in the frequency generator to a dozen frequencies
for three minutes each. The total process, testing and treatment, would take
about two hours. They frequently got immediate relief. But often the relief
would be temporary. What I didn't know at that time was that viruses could
infect a larger parasite such as a roundworm. Until you killed your roundworm
and your virus, you would keep getting the virus back promptly.

In 1993 my son, Geoffrey, joined me and we tried a new approach. He
programmed a computer controlled frequency generator to automatically cover
all the frequencies populated by all the parasites, viruses, and bacteria,
from 290'000 Hz to 470'000 Hz. It spent about three minutes for every 1'000
Hz it covered. This was more efficient, but it meant spending ten hours being
zapped.

Again, the results were disappointing. Arthritis pain, eye pain, colds were
improved, but not completely and overnight. Months later I would find that
organisms were transmitting as low as 170'000 Hz, and as high as 690'000 Hz.
My specimen collection was obviously incomplete. To cover this larger range,
spending three minutes for every 1'000 Hz, would take 26 hours. Still worth
doing if it would indeed help all our illnesses. But even this method of
zapping was not 100% effective for reasons yet to become clear.

In 1994 my son built a hand held, battery operated, accurate frequency
generator. The purpose was to enable everyone to kill the intestinal fluke at
434'000 Hz with a low cost device. When I tested it, however, three other
pathogens at much different frequencies died also! This had never happened
before. When I tested it on others, even though they had dozens of pathogens,
all were killed!

Subsequent testing showed it was not due to some unique design, or special
wave form produced by the device. It was due to battery operation! Any
positively offset [DC] frequency kills all bacteria, viruses and parasites
simultaneously given sufficient voltage (5 to 10 volts), duration (seven
minutes), and frequency (anything from 10 Hz to 500'000 Hz).

But it takes more than one treatment. It takes three treatments to kill
everything. Why? The first zapping kills viruses, bacteria and parasites. But
a few minutes later, bacteria and viruses (different ones) often recur. I
conclude they had been infecting the parasites, and killing the parasites
released them. The second zapping kills the released viruses and bacteria,
but soon a few viruses appear again. They must have been infecting some of
the last bacteria. After a third zapping I never find any viruses, bacteria
or parasites, even hours later. (From: "The Cure for All Diseases", p. 13ff.;

Nomi,
When can you eat raw coconut? I am into food combining and was
wondering when this could be incorporated into eating other foods. Is
it a fruit or vegtable?
Thanks,

Hello David-
Welcome, July birthday person. We are the ones obsessed with food, nurturing,

It's a strange turn to go from cooking wonderful food (I loved my Larousse

veggies. But it can be done.
Are there any other Cancers out there in this group?
