Tofu
From Sunflower Herb Pate

Ingredients
- two cups soaked sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
- half cup fresh basil leaves
- any other fresh or dried herbs (sage, savory, thyme, rosemary,
tarragon...)
- spoon of tahini
- juice of a lemon
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cayenne
- tablespoon of vinegar
Directions
Blend in a blender, then wrap in lettuce leaves with nasturtium flowers,
or use as a dip for veggies. I did both this morning, dipped red pepper
slices in it, and wrapped some in lettuce. Wrapping in seaweed or
grapeleaves would be good too!
