Sharon posted this event on this elist and Kathryn attended...It was a fabulous weekend, and we had over 50 people on Friday night for a great raw, gourmet dinner and introductory talk... and about 33 people attended the Saturday and Sunday classes... Great Food, Great Information, Great Energy, Great Support... and Great Fun...

I, Sharon, have been a 80-90% raw/LifeFoodist since August, 1999... and have just transitioned.....to 100%... on March 23... so it has been 10 days.. and I feel great... The extra percentage really helps boost assimilation and energy level even more...

If you have the opportunity to take a class with the Boutenko family...( they all are integral in the process.... of the classes and food prep ...and wonderful people..)...I urge you to do so...
